Class Moto: Encourage Inclusion, Challenge Structures, Envision Futures
My project focusses first on my questionnaire with my three main questions. There is a scale starting at “Not at all” meaning you fully disagree, all the way up to “Fully” signifying you filly agree. At the bottom of the questionnaire there is a section to pick one solution out of the three listed. The questionnaire is surrounded by a loop type bubble signifying thought with little stars for a touch of whimsy.
Next, is my letter box that I painted. The top of my letter box spells out “How DO You Feel” to match the questionnaire so people know where to place the filled out questionnaire. I painted it green because it reminds me of the earth and a sense of groundedness, with little polka dots to make it look whimsical. The tulips highlight the re growth and re birth of the earth, and mind. They stay warm within the winter in the soil and once spring shows up, the tulips push through the soil and re grow for another beautiful summer. My fish signify the flow of life as well as appreciation for the more than human. They also are different sizes and colors to remember we are all beautiful in different shapes, sizes, and colors. My next side is a little house, symbolizing a sense of security and safety. It may not be the home in your life that makes you feel comfort, but maybe the friends and family that make you feel at home. Lastly, my orange side of the letter box is filled with all different colors of arrows. This showcases the different thoughts you may be thinking when filling out the questionnaire and thinking about your time at TRU.
